Is my antique/expensive furniture safe with Plains Removals?
Our professional team has many years of experience in safely and efficiently transporting antique and precious furniture. Our trucks are equipped with plenty of top quality packing materials to ensure your items are well protected and secure during the move.
Once we have reached your new home, our removalists will carefully bring your furniture in and put it in place for you.
Is there anything we can do to prepare for our removalists?
To ensure a smooth move with minimal delays, it is essential to have all small items already boxed and all furniture, including drawers, cabinets, shelves and fridge/freezer empty when the truck arrives.
Our professional North Star removalists will usually load square furniture into the truck first, followed by boxes.
We also recommend that you label your boxes so that it is easy to identify which room they should go in.
How long should we book our move in advance?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking our North Star movers at least two or three weeks in advance.
